The innovative concept behind the item rack drive is that the rack is located entirely in the profile groove, is segmented and fully modular. A brand new clamp technology secures the rack segments without screw fixings and also locks them together.

High rigidity and long service life combine with minimum maintenance. A customized rack can be put together in next to no time and in any length desired (modular dimension: 80 mm). This rapid assembly ensures fast availability and the only profile processing required is two drill holes at the ends of the rack.
Drive force is transmitted directly to the rack from the carriage of the linear guide. As a result, the drive unit is fastened directly to the carriage.
